V.K. Tawna High 10th Anniversary souvenir Magazine “Ebenezer”, was released at V.K.Tawna High here on the 20th January 2022, 11:00am at VKTH Auditorium. V.K. Tawna High faculty, students of Class IX and X, former students, article and poem contributors, special guests and parents were present. The proceedings began with an invocation prayer by Ms. Elizabeth followed by singspiration led by VKTH Worship Team. Ma’am Hoibetty, Headmistress, presented the keynote address, in which the spoke of the school’s eventful journey and achievements in the last decade since its establishment. Rev. Gin Malsawm, Divisional Superintendent, EBC, Lamka North Division released the magazine followed by the cake cutting ceremony. Ma’m Lianlunching, former staff, sang a self-composed, hype up song, amusing the gathering with her trilling voice. On this occasion, Sir Siamnunlian Valte, Executive Director, V.K. Tawna High, Sir Gouminlun, former VKTH staff, Rev.Th.Mangthianlal and Principal V.K. Tawna College, delivered short speeches Congratulating the school on its wonderful achievements. A melodious Choir, Count your Blessings, was presented by the VKTH Faculty, exhorting us to count our numerous blessings. The Editor of Ebenezer, Sir Sonlian, talked on the journey of how the magazine materialized and the various tastes and responsibilities involved. The event was concluded with a hymn of praise led by the Worship Team and a closing prayer from Ms.Muonkim.
